Hand picked by God

YOU, yes YOU were hand picked by God.  You were created for such a time as this!  Have you ever wondered, "Who am I",  "Why am I here"?  Your identity is in Christ.
You are who God says you are...
...a child of God--John 1:12, Romans 8:16
...alive with Christ--Galatians 2:20
...Chosen and dearly loved by Christ--Ephesians 1:4, 1 Peter 2:9
...the head and not the tail, above and not beneath--Deuteronomy 28:13
...not the great I AM but by the grace of God I am what I am--1 Corinthians 15:10
...redeemed, forgiven and showered with God's grace--Ephesians 1:7
...made to do even greater works than Jesus--John 14:12

You were created for a specific reason.  No one else can be who you were created to be...you are an original! Stand tall and proud!

Brokenness

There are times in our lives when our hearts are so very heavy.  We may feel broken hearted. Or experiencing sorrow, disappointments or discouragement.  Remember, the Lord knew you would be walking through your circumstances.  Keep your eyes fixed upon Him, and He will bring you through ALL your troubles.  Look for the joy and the brightness beyond your situation.

Psalm 31:24--Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all you who hope in the Lord.
Psalm 34: 18--The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit.
Psalm 34: 19--The righteous man may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.
Psalm 121: 1-2--I will lift up my eyes to the hills, from whence comes my help?  My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.
