Forgiveness is very important to living in peace. When you forgive others, you release yourself from bondage, too. Forgiveness is a choice. Unforgiveness can be the root of many issues: bitterness, anger, offense, hard feelings. It has been known to manifest in our bodies causing health issues.
Remember, Jesus forgave ALL your sins. Therefore He expects us to forgive others. Every day we begin with a "clean slate" because Jesus has forgiven all of our sins. We should do the same for others.
Matthew 6:14-15
For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Ask the Lord to give you the grace to forgive others. He gives freely, and will surely help you.

Think Positive
Are your thoughts positive or negative? Do you look for the "good" in life? If you struggle with keeping positive thoughts, you are not alone. We all have those days. It's important not to stay stuck in that pattern of thinking. "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he."--Proverbs 23:7
Shake off those negative thoughts and bind your mind to the mind of Jesus Christ. Be kind to yourself. Love yourself. Look in the mirror and say, "I am special. I was wonderfully and uniquely made. I will use my many gifts and talents today. This IS a great day!"
Meditate on these things:
Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy, meditate on these things. --Philippians 4:8
